When you submit a review, we collect your name, private email address, rating, review, and optional location and service details.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to quote requests, provide pool-service estimates, communicate about service, moderate customer reviews, prevent spam, and improve the website. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers and measurement
The website uses Netlify for hosting, review storage, and form processing, and EmailJS to deliver form and moderation emails. If you allow optional analytics through the website's privacy choices, Google Analytics or Google Ads may process device, browser, referral, and interaction information to help us understand campaign performance. You can change that choice at any time using the Cookie choices link in the footer. Those providers handle information under their own privacy terms.
Reviews
Reviews are held privately until approved. An approved review may display the reviewer’s chosen public name, rating, review text, location, and service type. The reviewer’s email address and moderation information are never displayed publicly.
Retention and your choices
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for customer service, business records, fraud prevention, or legal obligations. You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted by emailing us.
