Every plan includes phosphate treatment all year. Once a year there is an additional charge to cover the cost of the chemical.

Filter Cleaning
We pull the cartridge and hose it down pleat by pleat so water flows through freely again. A clean filter keeps the water clear and takes strain off the pump.
Salt Cell Cleaning
Calcium scale builds up on the cell plates and cuts chlorine output. We soak the cell to dissolve the scale so your salt system makes chlorine the way it should.
Leak Detection
We dye test cracks, fittings, and lights where water may be escaping. If a leak needs pressure testing or repair, we coordinate with a specialist.
Green Pool Cleanup
A green, cloudy, or neglected pool brought back to clear before weekly service takes over.
Phosphate Treatment
Runs all year on every weekly plan, with one annual charge to cover the chemical. Chlorine alone does not remove algae food.
Calcium Removal
We take the white crust off the waterline tile without scratching it.
Stain Treatment
We work out whether a stain is metal or organic, then treat it the right way.
03 — Commercial and HOA
Community pools, run by a certified operator.
Community pools carry more swimmers and more rules. We run them as a CPO-certified operator for HOAs, apartment communities, condos, hotels, gyms, and vacation rentals.
